Isle Of Skye Self Catering Holidays - Terms and Conditions

• All terms for your Isle of Skye self catering holiday are per week unless otherwise arranged.

• The house will be available for your Isle of Skye self catering holiday from 3.00 pm subject to unavoidable delays. The house must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Guests are expected to leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition.

• All breakages must be paid for and reported to the owners. ¨ A deposit of 35% of the full charge is required to reserve a week. This deposit is non-refundable.

• The balancefor your Isle of Skye self catering holiday is payable 8 weeks prior to the start of the week or weeks booked. For cancellations within this period please telephone immediately to enable us to try to re-let the week or weeks. If we are able to re-let we will refund you your balance after we have received full payment from the other party.

• A deposit of £25 will be charged for each dog agreed to be taken. This will be refunded in the event of no damage being caused.

• Booking for any Isle of Skye self catering holiday cannot be accepted from persons under 18 years of age.

• The booking is made on the understanding that we will place Taigh na Traon at your disposal on the date stated. Should we not be able to do this through circumstances beyond our control, all payments will be refunded and you will have no claim against us.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry at any time to any person who in our opinion is not suitable to occupy the cottage. In such a case all monies will be refunded and you will have no claim against us.

• Whilst every care is taken to ensure the details are correct we cannot accept responsibility for errors contained therein or the results thereof.

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
